Business intelligence is doing an analysis of the data to provide the appropriate information of the company to generate reports and facilitate decision making

Oftentimes, labor disputes arise in companies, a manager must have the ability to resolve problems appropriately, intervening and making sure everyone is on the same page for the work to continue.

 

Knowledge of the domain

Resource managers must have mastery and knowledge of the area where they are working

 

Proactive planning

Resource managers must plan activities in advance and make smart decisions for proper resource deployment.

 

Negotiation skills

This skill is necessary for any administrator since it can help reduce costs, make the right decisions, and generate relationships with other companies.

 

Risk management

Resource managers must hone their risk management skills with advance planning to keep the project on track.
